Manage and issue invoices easily from Ecart Pay.

What is it?

Ecart Pay allows you to manage billing in two ways:

  1. Invoices for commissions: those issued by Ecart Pay to your business for the fees charged.

  2. Invoices to customers: those you issue to your customers for the payments received.

How to download your commission invoices

You can view and download the invoices for the commissions charged to your account:

  1. Go to the Billing menu.


  2. Select the period you want to check.

  3. Click on the three dots and select Download.

🕐 Invoices are issued on the first day of each month, corresponding to the previous month.

⚙️ Before downloading your invoice, make sure you have correctly registered your tax information at: Settings > My profile > Billing information.

How to issue invoices to your customers

Ecart Pay connects with external billing providers, so you can generate invoices directly from your account.
This integration allows you to issue invoices that comply with the tax regulations of each country and simplify the management of your international operations.

You only need:

  1. To have an active account with your billing provider.

  2. To integrate your Ecart Pay account with that provider.

  3. Once integrated, you will be able to issue invoices to your customers automatically or manually from Ecart Pay.
