Turn On / Off:
Turn On: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LCD screen lights up.
Turn Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the shutdown menu appears, select Power Off > Click Power Off. The message Shutting Down (Turning Off). will appear.
Contactless Transactions:
Bring a contactless card or smartphone to the top of the terminal, where the sensor is located (identified by the contactless icon).
Chip Transactions:
With the chip facing up, fully insert the card into the corresponding slot.
Magnetic Stripe Transactions:
Option not available.
Receipts:
Tear off the receipt at a 45° angle from the paper cutter.
Battery Charging:
When the charging cable is connected, the charging status will appear on the screen.
Avoid placing the device in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, or dust.
Only qualified personnel should repair this product.
Before using cards in chip or magnetic stripe readers, ensure they are clean and free of foreign objects.
Do not expose the terminal or battery to direct sunlight, excessive heat, smoke, dust, or humidity.
Do not attempt to disassemble the battery or insert foreign objects into the casing. Never place the battery in fire or on hot surfaces.
Avoid strong impacts or falls that could cause leaks or fires in the battery.
Keep the battery out of reach of children and pets.
Immediately replace any battery that is deformed, swollen, or overheated.
It is recommended to use only power adapters supplied by Ecart Pay.
If you use third-party accessories, ensure they meet international specifications and regulations.
Using incompatible chargers or batteries may cause fires or explosions, and will void the product warranty.
Charge the battery when the level is low, but never for more than 24 consecutive hours.
If the battery is not used for a long time, charge it at least every 6 months to avoid damage from overcharging or discharging.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the battery every 2 years of continuous use.
Dispose of the device, battery, or accessories responsibly and according to local regulations. They should not be thrown away as household waste.
Use Ecart Pay adapters and cables for better battery life and device longevity.
If the battery is over 2 years old, consider replacing it.
Desktop Mode
The terminal is primarily powered through an external source (charging dock, adapter or wireless charging).
Mobile Mode
The terminal operates primarily on battery power, without connection to an external source.
